Unlike most yacht sportfishers, "International Star" is a flush-deck walkaround from bow to stern.
She's powered by twin Cat diesels, cruises at 2-14 knots and has a range of 2,500 miles.
Air-conditioned through out, the salon/galley interior has just been completely refurbished and provides comfortable seating for 20 passengers, wet bar, ice maker, modern galley appliances, stereo-TV-VCR entertainment center and much more. Stateroom accommodations (7) all air-conditioned, provide superb comfort for up to 15 passengers in Mexico & 20 in San Diego. Four bathrooms and two showers, along with ample freshwater, replenished by reverse osmosis.
The sportfishing advantages are many, including the flush-deck walkaround capabilities, an 8-ton refrigerated fish hold, 4 large live bait wells, 22' Custom outriggers, a custom fighting chair for Mexico, 13' Boston Whaler with 25 H.P. outboard & live bait well, a wide range of new rod/reel combinations from light to heavy, hundreds of artificial lures and of course, a myriad of terminal tackle and harnesses and belts.
The enclosed bridge provides for 3 steering stations, plus a remote that can be walked to the aft of the vessel. The electronics are state of the art, including side-scanning sonar, fathometer, VHF-ADF & SSB ship to shore radios, plotter, radar, weather fax, GPS navigation, satellite communications, auto pilot, sea temp meter & much more.
