Getting There
Fly down and have a lodge representative meet you at the airport in
Los Mochis and drive you to the lodge in a van or take a small charter
plane to the lodge. Aero California flies from Los Angeles and Tucson
to Los Mochis daily and Aero Mexico flies from Phoenix. We can provide
you with round trip airfare from our reservation system or you can use
your favorite travel agency. We do recommend before purchasing airfare
you contact us for recommendations and recent flight reliability. Aero
California and Aero Mexico both stop in Hermosillo where you will deplane,
go through immigration and re-board or change planes and continue on
to Los Mochis. If you leave from Los Angeles you will go through immigration
in Culiacun and change planes on to Los Mochis. Once in Los Mochis you
will go through customs and meet your English speaking lodge representative.
If you would like to fly to the lodge it is best to leave from Los
Angeles because the flight arrives at 11:30 am in Los Mochis all other
flights arrive around dark and you are unable to fly to the lodge after
dark. Even if you have to take the van to the lodge you will always
be flown back to the airport.
The lodge at Baccarac
fills up fast, many of the popular times are booked up years in advance.
If you want to fish this incredible lake remember to make your reservations
early.
